Joe Tougas
Born and raised in the South Side of Chicago and later in Southern Wisconsin, Joe was able to pull in WLS the entire time. He has been in bands including Phase II, Escape and The Press. In Minnesota, he founded Blue Velveata with Minnesota Music Award-nominee Doug Leatherman and Madison's own Kenn Busch (also with Escape and The Press). Joe is a former journalist who now freelances. And he gets more copy here because Ann has a Web site.

Ann Fee
Prior to joining Blue Velveata in 2003 and co-founding Fish Frye in 2006, Ann Fee sang with local businessfolk rockers Roses & Thorns. Ann is also a writer.
